These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of BodyFit by Mi7z ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use BodyFit. Users aged 13–17 must have parental consent and will be enrolled in Youth Mode, which restricts certain features. You must provide accurate information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@bodyfit.mi7z.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You must not share your account credentials with others or create accounts for others without their consent.

BodyFit provides AI-generated fitness, nutrition, and wellness coaching. Our AI Coach is not a medical professional and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You use AI recommendations at your own risk. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness or nutrition programme, particularly if you have health conditions. BodyFit, its branding, software, original content, and exercise library compilation are owned by BodyFit by Mi7z. Our exercise library is built on public-domain data (free-exercise-db) and open-data sources (Open Food Facts, MuscleWiki metadata), used in compliance with their respective terms. Third-party content remains the property of its owners.
Content you create on BodyFit — workout logs, food entries, community posts — remains your property. You grant us a licence to process and display your content as needed to provide the Service. See our Copyright Notice for details.
BodyFit offers a rewards programme with points, XP, achievements, and referral incentives. We reserve the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate rewards, points, or referral balances where we detect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI recommendations will be accurate or suitable for you. You assume all risk associated with using fitness and nutrition guidance. See our Medical Disclaimer, Health & Fitness Disclaimer, and AI Disclaimer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BodyFit by Mi7z shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, health outcomes, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £50 if you have not paid us).
This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. See our Account Deletion Policy for data handling after termination.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Garmin, Open Food Facts, Google). We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. You use them at your own risk and subject to their terms.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
