What We Report

Our transparency reporting covers several key areas: data requests received from government and law enforcement authorities (if any), security incidents and our response, AI assurance review summaries, policy updates and their rationale, and system availability statistics. We publish summaries periodically and update this page with new information as it becomes available. Our goal is to provide enough detail for users to understand how we operate, while protecting sensitive security information that could be exploited. See our Trust Centre for a broader view of our practices.

Government & Legal Requests

If we receive government or legal requests for user data, we review them carefully, challenge overly broad requests, and notify users where legally permitted. We publish aggregate statistics about the number and type of requests received, how many we complied with, and how many we challenged. We have never received a bulk data request and would oppose one. Our Legal Centre and Privacy Policy describe the legal framework within which we operate, and our Privacy Governance page explains how we handle law enforcement enquiries.

Security Incidents

If a security incident occurs, we document what happened, how we responded, what was affected, and what steps we took to prevent recurrence. We follow our incident response plan and notify affected users where required by law or where there is a meaningful risk of harm. Our Security Programme and Vulnerability Reporting pages describe our proactive security measures. We learn from every incident, no matter how small, and use them to strengthen our controls and processes over time.

AI Assurance Reviews

We conduct periodic AI assurance reviews to evaluate the safety, fairness, accuracy, and accountability of our AI Coach recommendations. These reviews examine training data quality, output consistency, bias indicators, and user feedback patterns. Summaries of our findings and any corrective actions are published here. See our Responsible AI and AI Governance pages for the full framework, and our AI Disclaimer for important information about the limitations of AI-generated health and fitness advice.
