Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what constitutes acceptable and unacceptable use of BodyFit by Mi7z ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.

Acceptable Use

You may use BodyFit to:

• Track your fitness, nutrition, and wellness journey
• Generate and follow AI-personalised workout and nutrition plans
• Connect wearable devices to sync health data (with your authorisation)
• Participate in communities, challenges, and the rewards programme
• Share referral links with friends and family
• Access your own data and export it under GDPR
• Provide feedback and report issues

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Access, attempt to access, or modify data that does not belong to you
• Share your account credentials or create accounts for others without their consent
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service, mine data, or manipulate rewards
• Create fake, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts
• Abuse the referral system by self-referring, using disposable emails, or farming referrals
• Submit false health data to manipulate AI recommendations or leaderboards
• Post prohibited content in community features (see Community Guidelines)
• Use the Service to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment to others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Interfere with the Service's operation, servers, or networks
• Impersonate BodyFit staff, other users, or third parties
• Use the Service in a way that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights

Security

You must not attempt to compromise the security of the Service, including:

• Attempting to bypass authentication or access controls
• Testing for vulnerabilities without authorisation (see our Responsible Disclosure page)
• Using the Service to attack other systems or users
• Interfering with other users' data or sessions

Consequences of Violation

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Warning and content removal
• Temporary suspension of features (e.g., community access, referrals)
• Permanent account suspension
• Forfeiture of rewards, points, and referral balances
• Legal action where applicable (e.g., fraud, hacking)

We investigate violations and take action proportionate to the severity and frequency of the violation. See our fraud detection admin tools for how we monitor abuse.

Reporting Violations

To report a violation of this AUP, email support@bodyfit.mi7z.com with details. We investigate all credible reports.

Changes

We may update this AUP. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification.
