Introduction
BodyFit by Mi7z is currently in a beta phase (Release Candidate 35). These Beta Terms apply to all users during the beta period and supplement our standard Terms & Conditions.
What "Beta" Means
Beta means the Service is still under active development. While we strive for a high-quality experience, you should expect:
- Bugs, errors, and unexpected behaviour
- Features that may not work as described
- Features that may be changed, added, or removed without notice
- Occasional service interruptions or downtime
- Data that may be reset or migrated during major updates
No Guarantee of Service
During beta:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
- We do not guarantee that any specific feature will remain available
- We do not guarantee data will not be lost (though we take reasonable precautions)
- We may suspend or terminate the beta at any time
Data During Beta
Your data is important to us, but during beta:
- We may migrate or restructure data during updates
- We may reset certain data (e.g., rewards, achievements) during major version changes
- We recommend you do not rely on BodyFit as your sole record of important fitness or health data
- We are not liable for data loss during beta, except where caused by our negligence
Feedback
As a beta user, your feedback is invaluable. We encourage you to:
- Report bugs via the Report a Bug page
- Share feedback via the Feedback feature
- Submit feature requests on the Feature Requests page
- Contact support@bodyfit.mi7z.com with issues
Your feedback shapes the development of BodyFit.
Rewards During Beta
During beta, rewards, points, XP, achievements, and referral balances:
- May be adjusted, reset, or removed during updates
- Have no monetary value
- Are not transferable or redeemable for cash
- May be forfeited if fraud or abuse is detected

AI Features During Beta
AI Coach features are under continuous improvement during beta:
- Recommendations may be less accurate or polished than in future releases
- AI models may change, which can affect personalisation
- We log AI decisions for quality improvement (see our AI Governance page)
Free Access
During beta, BodyFit is free to use. We do not collect payment information. When paid plans are introduced, existing beta users will be notified in advance and given the choice to continue with a free tier or upgrade.
Acceptance
By using BodyFit during the beta period, you acknowledge and accept these Beta Terms in addition to our standard Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other policies.
Transition to General Availability
When BodyFit transitions from beta to general availability (GA):
- We will notify all users in advance
- We may introduce paid plans (see Refund & Subscription Policy)
- We may update policies to reflect GA terms
- Your data will be preserved to the extent possible
Changes
These Beta Terms may be updated during the beta period. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification.
