Our exercise library is built on public-domain data (free-exercise-db) and open-data sources (Open Food Facts, MuscleWiki metadata), used in compliance with their respective terms. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.
Registered users may use BodyFit content for their personal fitness journey. You may print or download content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit BodyFit content without written permission, except as permitted by law (fair dealing).
