Ownership

BodyFit by Mi7z owns the BodyFit platform, its branding, its software code, and its original content. Our exercise library is built on public-domain data (free-exercise-db) and open-data sources (Open Food Facts, MuscleWiki metadata), used in compliance with their respective terms. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.

Permitted Use

Registered users may use BodyFit content for their personal fitness journey. You may print or download content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit BodyFit content without written permission, except as permitted by law (fair dealing).

User-Generated Content

Content you create on BodyFit — workout logs, food entries, community posts — remains your property. By using BodyFit, you grant us a licence to process and display your content as needed to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Infringement

If you believe content on BodyFit infringes your copyright or intellectual property, contact privacy@bodyfit.mi7z.com with details of the infringement. We investigate and remove infringing content where appropriate, in accordance with applicable law.
