Modern Slavery Statement

BodyFit’s Modern Slavery Statement sets out the steps we take to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not present in our business or supply chain.

v1.0 Updated 4 Aug 2026

Our Commitment

BodyFit has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, and forced labour in any form. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing effective systems to combat modern slavery.

Our Business

BodyFit is a digital health and fitness technology platform. We are a software company with a remote-first team. Our direct supply chain consists primarily of cloud infrastructure, software services, and development tools. We assess the modern slavery risk in our supply chain as low given the nature of our services.

Due Diligence

We conduct due diligence on suppliers and partners, assessing their labour practices where relevant. We require suppliers to comply with applicable labour laws and our ethical standards. We do not work with suppliers found to use forced labour or exploitative practices.

Reporting & Review

This statement is reviewed annually and updated as our business and supply chain evolve. We encourage anyone with concerns about modern slavery in our operations or supply chain to report them via our Whistleblowing channel.
