BodyFit’s Anti-Bribery Policy sets out our zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption in all business dealings.
BodyFit prohibits all forms of bribery and corruption. We do not offer, give, solicit, or accept bribes, kickbacks, or improper payments, regardless of local custom or perceived necessity. This applies to all employees, contractors, and partners.
We maintain strict rules around gifts and hospitality to prevent undue influence. Modest, transparent, and proportionate hospitality is acceptable; lavish gifts, cash equivalents, or anything that could influence business decisions is prohibited. All significant gifts are declared.
Facilitation payments — small payments to expedite routine government actions — are prohibited. We do not make such payments even where they may be locally tolerated. Employees who are asked to make facilitation payments should report the incident.
Suspected bribery or corruption should be reported through our Whistleblowing channel. We investigate all reports and protect those who report in good faith. Violations of this policy result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination and legal action.
