BodyFit’s AI Governance framework ensures our AI Coach is responsible, explainable, safe, and accountable — especially because it makes recommendations about users’ health and fitness.
BodyFit AI must be safe (never recommend harmful exercises), explainable (users can ask why), fair (work for diverse users), private (data stays under user control), and accountable (we monitor and improve outcomes). These principles guide every AI feature we build.
Our AI Coach applies health-condition filters (knee, back, shoulder, hip, pregnancy), exercise quality scoring, difficulty-appropriate selection, and recovery-aware intensity. Recommendations are bounded by the user’s health screening and equipment. Safety overrides commercial or engagement goals.
Users can ask the AI Coach why it made a recommendation, and it explains in plain language. Our intelligence audit logs record AI decisions for internal review. We do not use opaque black-box systems for safety-critical recommendations.
AI at BodyFit supports but does not replace human judgement. Users always make the final decision about their training and nutrition. Our support team can review and escalate AI-related concerns. We monitor AI outputs for quality and intervene when needed.
Responsible AI
Responsible AI means building AI systems that are safe, fair, transparent, and accountable — and that serve users’ best interests, not just engagement metrics.
